Privacy Policy
IqraaMind collects only what it needs to run live one-on-one Quran and Arabic classes, never sells it, never shows ads, and never records class video.
Who we are
IqraaMind is a non-profit organization based in [State], United States. Our 501(c)(3) application is in progress. We offer live one-on-one classes in Al-Nooraniyah, correction and memorization of Juz ʿAmma, and Tajweed and Sanad.
This policy covers our public website at iqraamind.com and our class portal at classes.iqraamind.com. In this policy, "we" means IqraaMind. "You" means a parent, an adult student, or a teacher who uses our services.
Our mailing address is [Street, City, State, ZIP]. You can reach us at [privacy@iqraamind.com].

| Parents and adult students | Payment details, handled by Stripe | To bill your monthly classes. We never see or store your full card number |
| Students (any age) | First name, age range, course progress, teacher notes, homework | So the teacher can plan each lesson |

| Everyone | Content reports you send, and basic technical data such as browser type and sign-in times | To fix content errors and keep the service secure |
We do not collect home addresses, phone numbers, school names, photos, or government ID from students. Live video and audio pass through our video provider during class, but we do not record them.
Children under 13
A parent must give verifiable consent before we collect anything from a child under 13. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Only a parent can create an account. Children cannot sign up by themselves.
- The parent gives consent at checkout. The parent agrees to this policy and confirms consent while paying for the first month with a card. [Confirm with counsel that this consent method fits our case.]
- We collect the minimum. For a child we keep a first name, an age range, the course, progress notes, homework, and the reading check.
- The reading check voice recording goes only to the teacher. We use it for one purpose only: so the teacher can evaluate the child's reading and choose a starting point. It is never used for anything else, never shared, and never used to train any system. We delete it within 30 days, or sooner if the parent asks.
- The camera is required in class for safety, but nothing is recorded. The parent or another adult should be nearby during class.
- No ads, no tracking, no public profiles. Children cannot message anyone except their own teacher inside the classroom.
A parent can review the information we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [privacy@iqraamind.com]. If consent is withdrawn, we stop classes for that child and delete their information, except billing records we must keep by law.
How we use information
We use information only to run classes and the non-profit.
- Book classes, send reminders by email, and bill each month
- Give the teacher what they need to plan and teach each lesson
- Pay teachers and keep financial records
- Answer questions and fix content errors that you report
- Keep the service secure and working
We never sell or rent personal information. We never show ads or use advertising trackers. We never record class video or audio. We do not use student information to train artificial intelligence models.

|---|---|
| Reading check voice recording | 30 days, or until the parent asks us to delete it. Used only for the teacher's evaluation |

We protect information with encrypted connections, sign-in by email link, and database rules that let each person see only their own records. Teachers see only their own students.
Our teachers often live outside the United States, for example in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. A teacher sees their students' first names, progress, and notes while teaching. Our providers may store data in the United States or other countries. By using IqraaMind you understand this information may be viewed outside your country.
Your rights, contact and changes
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your information at any time. Parents can do the same for their children. Some US states, such as California, give residents extra rights, and we honor those requests for everyone.
Write to [privacy@iqraamind.com] or [mailing address]. We answer within [30] days.
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. For a change that matters, we email parents and adult students before it takes effect. If the change affects children's information, we ask parents for consent again.
This policy is governed by the laws of [State].
